Liebherr to supply armoured mobile and rescue cranes to German Army

Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH received an order from the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) to deliver a total of 71 armoured mobile and recovery cranes worth around EUR 150 million.

Shree Cement buys crane

Shree Cement purchased for the first time an all-terrain mobile crane. The crane, Liebherr LTM 1220-5.2 has a lifting capacity of 220 tonne.

Liebherrs VarioBase wins award

Liebherr has won the ESTA Awards of Excellence 2014 in the category of Safety for its VarioBase, a variable crane supporting system that improves safety for everyday crane job. Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH introduced VarioBase in 2013 after a development period of three years.
